Savannah Leigh seems to be able to adjust to anything that comes her way. She has always been a good sleeper since day one, she will sleep just about anywhere except in a big bed, she stopped taking the bottle without a problem when she turned one, and eats just about anything you give her to eat. I honestly thought this "broken paci" would be an interesting experience but she did so good last night and woke up talking this morning. As I was lying in bed I heard her over the monitor, "Mommy, please back on." Needless to say, I knew exactly what she was talking about...her broken paci. It brought tears to my eyes and then I went in to tell her good morning and she was such a BIG girl and that the paci was broken for good. I know I have not gotten rid of the paci all together but she is not sucking on it so that to me is a great step ahead.
She is watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald Duck. And of course, Ginger is right by her side waiting for her pop tart to drop on the floor.
Thanks to anyone who read this last night and kept Savannah Leigh in your thoughts.

Carrie she is just so precious. I am glad you made it through the night. I know that has to be a difficult thing for a mommy to go through. Great job Savananah!!
Hey, i was referred to your blog from another blog pal over at collins family. My daughter is 2 and I am getting ready to do away with the "binky"...i am so nervous, so far i have told her she has to give it to the easter bunny and I am quickly losing my resolve....maybe i should try the cutting method and I LOVE that you had them put in a bear!!! Any tips would be appreciated. Feel free to check out my blog for my recent post about my binky dilema
